How do I obtain access to key cards and transponders? 

Owners can submit requests for access cards and transponders to the onsite manager. Transponders and key cards can take 7-14 days to process and are subject to fees. Owners will need to discuss fees with the manager when making their request. 

Is there an approval process for rentals? 

Owners in Vizcaya can rent their units for a period of no less than twelve (12) months. Rentals are subject to approval and currently, there is a $1000.00 refundable security deposit. The application fee covers the cost the administrative fees relating to processing rental application and installation of elevator pads for move-in. The refundable security deposit is held in trust until move-out is complete and the Management team has verified there is no damage to common property. Move-outs should be submitted to Management with notice of planned move-out at least seven (7) days in advance of moving days. Tenants who fail to properly notice Management of move-out may result in delays of moving company access as the gate staff has been advised to notify Management of all moving vehicles entering the community. Refunds on security deposits are processed within thirty (30) days after move-out. 

Rental applications are processed through a convenient online system called Tenant Evaluation. Prospective tenants will need to go to www.TenantEV.com, create an account, then enter code 9288 to begin. Tenant evaluation will collect all necessary documentation, process the background checks and prepare the application packet for the Board to review.
